If you fail to comply with these policies, we reserve the right to disable your Advertisements at any time. If your ads are disabled, you will not be eligible for further participation in our ad program.

Note that our ad prices are subject to change and you will be notified at a minimum of 30 days in advance should any changes take place.

Should our website undergo any sort of site redesign, we reserve the right to alter the size of your advertisement in order to maintain the aesthetics of our website. Should these changes occur, you will be notified as soon as administratively possible.

Our advertisers may not display ads on web page’s with content protected by copyright law unless they have the necessary legal rights to display that content.

Disclosure Policy

We know there’s this whole revised FTC policy thing that basically says bloggers should always disclose when they receive products for free so that readers know it’s a “biased testimonial.”  Well, here’s our point of view on the subject.  We review stuff.  A lot of stuff.  Some things we get for free, some we don’t (correction, most we don’t).  Although we’re technically classified as “bloggers,” we’re also trained journalists and believe we have the discretion to give the stuff we review our honest opinion.  We share our experiences, and if a free T-shirt decides to get in the way on occasion, so be it.  Most of the products we’re sent for free are presented in the form of a reader giveaway so that we can ensure it’s our readers who are benefitting from companies who want to gain exposure for their products (and we try not to give away lame stuff).  So that’s our policy.  If you don’t like it, FTC, tough.  (Oh, and psst, we don’t ever receive or accept cash or any other form of payment for blogging).
