The economy’s affecting more than just the financial world; the bad news has even spread to America’s favorite snowboard brand.  This week, Burton announced that it would reduce employee salaries to minimize layoffs.  I think its very admirable that the company chose to go this route (the founders chose to eliminate their salaries all together), and I hope the best for, not only Burton, but every action sports brand in these tough times.
